Booking
Taxi bookings are considered confirmed only after the required booking details have been received and confirmation has been provided by Taxi Service Mussoorie.

Payment

Cancellation
Customers should contact us as early as possible to cancel, by phone, WhatsApp or email.
Because we do not take website payments, there is no online refund process. Any fare already paid to the driver is handled as agreed on the call.
Refund

No-show
If a customer does not appear at the agreed pickup location without prior communication, applicable charges may apply depending on the booking terms.
